What are your delivery times?

My package is damaged
Open it in the presence of the delivery person to check if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it.

Depending on the return method chosen, you will need to allow 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses, so always remember to request a proof of shipment to keep track of its progress. Once received, your return will be processed within 1 business day, and an email will be sent to confirm its proper receipt.
I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to Customs control. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time.
