What are your delivery times?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 days by our teams, the total delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouses.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve the issues that our customers may encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course proceed with the refund, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product and that the product(s) concerned are not on sale. My package is damaged
Open it in the presence of the delivery person to check if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it.
If the delivery person refuses to let you open the package, refuse it as well. The same checks should also be performed in case of pickup at the post office.
Did you receive my feedback?
Depending on the return method chosen, you will need to allow 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your package to reach our warehouse. Remember that the return remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses, so always remember to request a proof of shipment to keep track of its progress. Once received, your return will be processed within 1 business day, and an email will be sent to confirm its proper receipt.
